Antara kek yang senang dan cepat dibuat. Dah 2 kali E-na buat kek ni...tapi apsal kat bahagian bawah kek tu macam chocholate berkumpul je????? Memula E-na buat tu guna mixer then 2nd time tu cuma gaul ngan spatula je tapi problemnya tetap sama...hu huuuu
Rasa kek tu ok sedap...cuma tak puas hati lagi dengan teksturnya... kalau bole naklah cantik dari atas sampai bawah kan!
CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE

Ingredients : (E-na guna loyang bulat 20cm)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place rack in the center of the oven.
2. Butter, or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) pan. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
4. In another large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, water, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir, or whisk, until combined. You will notice that the batter is quite thin.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
7. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.

- 75g cocoa powder (E-na letak 50g je)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana ( about 2 medium sized bananas)
- 240ml warm water (1 cup)
- 120ml milk (1/2 cup)
- 120ml safflower or canola oil (1/2 cup)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

kite dah banyak kali buat jugak.memang best...tp tak pernah pulak jadi coklat terkumpul tue... emm..kite guna serbuk coklat van houten je..kadang2 buat tu campur je terus semua skali wet dan dry ingredients dlm satu bekas. tapi masih ok. mungkin sbab serbuk coklat tak kak?
