:-> Kek Ros Lapis Jem Strawberry


Hari sabtu dan ahad lepas ada 2 undangan makan tengahari dari 2 family kat sini. E-na buat Kek Pandan Lapis Seri Kaya dan Fried Tuna Pizza untuk di bawa pada hari Sabtu dan Kek Rose Lapis Jem Strawberry dan Kuih Kaswi Gandum untuk makan-makan pada hari ahad.

Untuk Cik anie, manyak rugi wooo tak datang...makanan banyak, sedap2! Antara menu pada 2 hari tu mee kari, nasi ayam, laksa penang, meehoon goreng, nasi goreng, black forest cake, cheese cake, kek pisang, pelbagai jenis agar-agar, popia goreng, kuih lapis, keropok ikan dan beberapa jenis menu lagi. Meleles tak? xpe u dah puas makan kat malaysia kan...kan...

Kek ini versi nak cepat, pagi sebelum majlis baru buat sambil kukus kaswi, gambar pun mana yang sempat je.

Kek Ros Lapis Jem Strawberry ini lembut dan senang di potong sesuai untuk majlis keramaian dan party.


RESEPI KEK ROSE LAPIS JEM STRAWBERRY

Bahan A:

  • 60g butter dicairkan
  • 60g gula halus / gula kastor
  • 60g tepung gandum
  • 3 biji telur gred A (+-200g)
  • 1/2 sb ovallete
  • 1/2 sk baking powder
  • Sedikit Perisa Ros / vanila
  • Sedikit Pewarna merah
Bahan B:
  • Jem Strawberry Secukupnya
  • Loyang 8" x 11"

Cara Membuatnya:
  1. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan A kecuali butter cair ke dalam bekas.
  2. Pukul dengan kelajuan maksimum selama 7 - 10 minit sehingga adunan kembang dan berkrim.
  3. Masukkan butter cair dan kaup balikkan dengan spatula sehingga sebati dan rata.
  4. Ambil 2 sudu besar adunan dan tambahkan beberapa titik warna merah, kacau rata. Masukkan ke dalam penjuru plastik. Ketepikan.
  5. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 170 degree.
  6. Lenser sedikit marjerin pada loyang dan alas dengan cooking sheet.
  7. Tuang semua adunan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan.
  8. Ambil adunan dalam plastik tadi, gunting sedikit hujung penjuru plastik.
  9. Paipkan garisan seperti dalam gambar 1.
  10. Ambil lidi sate atau hashi (chopstik) dan lorekkan seperti dalam gambar 2.
  11. Bakar dengan suhu 170 degree selama 20 minit.
  12. Setelah masak keluarkan dari oven dan sejukkan seperti Gambar 3.
  13. Menggunakan pisau kek potong kepada 2 bahagian.
  14. Sapukan nipis jem strawberry secara lembut di permukaan kek lapisan bawah.
  15. Letakkan lapisan yang bercorak di atas sapuan jem tadi.
  16. Buang cooking sheet, potong kecil kek dan susun di atas dulang hidangan.
  17. Sedia untuk di hidangkan. Selamat mencuba dari Lovely Kitchen.

Note :

  • Boleh juga di hias dengan paipkan whipped cream di atas potongan kecil kek ini dan di letakkan hirisan strawberry.
  • Boleh dipelbagaikan dengan perisa-perisa lain seperti pandan, coklat, blueberry, oren, kiwi, nenas dan sebaginya.
